Honey Bee is five hours a month from £160, Worker Bee 7.5 hours from £240, and Queen Bee ten or more from £320. Every one is pick-and-mix, whether you’re a freelancer or running a small business.

Honey Bee Package
5 hours | Starting from £160 per month
Perfect for: freelancers and small business owners who are sick of doing all the things themselves, and ready to hand over the tasks that eat up way too much brain space (yep, the ones keeping you up at night 😴).
5 hours of flexible support each month. Pick and mix from my services based on what’s top of your list and yes, you can swap it up each month if your priorities change.
This covers: Email Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation & Management, Admin + Business Support, Technical Support and Accounbility.
Great for: photographers, graphic designers, copywriters and other creatives just stepping into the “I can’t keep doing everything myself” stage — and small businesses taking their first step into outsourcing.
Worker Bee Package (Most Popular)
7.5+ hours | Starting from £240 per month
Perfect for: growing creatives and businesses, careers like photographers, graphic designers, writers and who are fed up with weekly tasks draining their energy. Hand them over and make space to focus on the work you actually enjoy.
7.5 hours of dedicated support each month. Choose the services that matter most right now, and swap things around month by month if you need to.
This could include: Digital Marketing, Email Management, Content Creation & Management, Technical Support, E-commerce, or good old Admin & Business Support.
Great for: freelancers and small business owners who are a bit more established, need steady support, and would rather spend their time with clients than stuck in the weeds of business operations.
Queen Bee Package
10+ hours | Starting from £320 per month
Perfect for: growing creatives and businesses, careers like photographers, graphic designers, writers and who are fed up with weekly tasks draining their energy. Hand them over and make space to focus on the work you actually enjoy.

How much does a virtual assistant cost in the UK?
Mine start at £160 a month for five hours, £240 for 7.5 hours and £320 for ten or more.
Rates across the UK vary a lot depending on experience and what’s involved, but anyone quoting suspiciously little is usually cutting a corner somewhere.
What happens if I need more hours one month?
We sort it. If you’ve got a launch, a busy season or a project that blows up, tell me and we’ll add hours for that month or move you up a package.
Nothing is locked in — the point of these packages is that they bend around your actual year.
Can I change which services my hours go on?
That’s the whole idea. One month we might spend the lot rescuing your inbox; the next it’s newsletters and website tweaks. Your priorities move, so mine do too. No renegotiating and no change fees — just tell me what’s urgent.
Am I tied into a contract?
You’ll get a proper agreement so we both know where we stand, but you’re not signing your life away.
If it isn’t working, we can stop. I just ask for 1 months notice to get my ducks in a row and then you can leave, but I am sure you won’t want too
