Email Management

  • Inbox Management:

We all know you haven’t got time to be dealing with the many emails coming into your inbox daily and that means never being able to find the important ones. So let’s take charge of them by sorting them into a pile you can deal with. Tidying away all the clutter and getting rid of the many newsletters you don’t read, and unsubscribing from ones that no longer bring you value.

  • Email Spruce Up:

Once your inbox is tidy, you'll want it to stay that way, for a little while at least! So I set up filter rules for your contacts, meaning emails are labelled the moment they land and the important ones jump out at you straight away. Then, after a chat about how you like to organise things, I'll create folders and subfolders so important emails can be tucked away for later or, even better, sent straight there automatically without you lifting a finger.

  • Maintenance & Tidy-Ups:

Once your inbox is back under control, I'll return at intervals that suit you for a regular inbox MOT.

I will make sure the important stuff never goes missing or vanishes into the spam folder, never to be seen again.

  • Customer Experience:

To make life easier, creating templates in your email to answer FAQs quickly, reply to enquiries, and to be to say no professionally. This makes your replies quick, professional and consistent.

  • Handover & Daily Summaries:

Sending you a list of important emails you need to address, the tasks and organising that has been done that day. This will help you not to become overwhelmed.

  • Data & Lead Extraction:

Looking for important attachements that need to be downloaded and filed on the platform of your choice such as Google drive, dropbox or one drive. Also adding an flagged contacts to your CRM.
